How to use

Prepare: Wash your hands with soap and water before handling the pad.
Unwrap the Pad: Take the pad out of its packaging, unfold it, and locate the adhesive side (the side that sticks to your underwear).
Positioning: Position the pad in your underwear with the adhesive side down, making sure the absorbent side faces up.
Secure the Pad: Remove the adhesive backing and press the pad firmly onto the crotch of your underwear to ensure it stays in place.
Adjust: Make sure the pad is comfortably positioned and does not feel bunched up.
Change Regularly: Pads should be changed regularly (every 4-8 hours or as needed) to maintain personal hygiene and prevent leaks.
Disposal: After use, wrap the used pad in the packaging or a wrapper, and dispose of it in a trash bin. Do not flush sanitary pads down the toilet, as they can clog pipes.

What size should I get?

ENROUSH organic cotton pads come in three sizes each with a different absorbency, to better fit your flow & lifestyle:

– normal, length 22 cm, width 8 cm. Normal absorbency – soaks in regular flow.

– super, length 28 cm, width 8 cm. Super absorbency – soaks in abundant flow.

– night, length 29 cm, width 8 cm. Heavy absorbency – soaks in abundant flow.

How often should I change my pad?

It is advisable to change pads once every 4 to 8 hours, or even sooner if it gets soaking wet.
